1. Run the bristles under lukewarm water (avoid hot water).
2. Add a teaspoon of baby shampoo or liquid soap into a cup of water.
3. Dip the bottom half of the bristles into the mixture and swirl.
4. Rinse the bristles thoroughly under lukewarm water.
5. Pat the bristles dry and reshape them manually.
6. Let the brush air dry completely before fluffing with fingers.
