About Hair Loss: The makeup process is handmade. In the trimming process, a small amount of bristles are inevitably weak or the fluff is not cleaned. Slight hair loss during initial use is normal.

Cleaning Instructions

1. Soak the bristles in a mild detergent (like baby shampoo). Keep the nozzle and handle dry.
2. Pour cleanser on palm and gently move bristles in a circular motion.
3. Rinse with water until all stains are removed.
4. Absorb moisture with a towel, arrange bristles, and dry in a cool place.
